Refund & Returns Policy

At Cereline, your experience matters. While we don’t accept returns, we do offer refunds under specific conditions.

No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our product — ingestible wellness supplements — we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons, even if the item is unopened.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, we’ll make it right.

Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

  • You may be eligible for a full refund if:
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit and hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (UK only)

Please contact us at support@cereline.com 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products (even if unused, returns are not accepted)
  • Items marked as delivered by the courier, unless reported missing within 3 days
  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address

🇬🇧 UK Orders Only

At this time, Cereline ships only within the UK. If this changes in the future, our policy will be updated accordingly.
