Terms of service

These terms govern your use of cereline.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who we are

This site is operated by Cereline, Bahria Town, Lahore 53720, Pakistan. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to Cereline. Where they say “you”, they refer to you, the customer.

Orders

An order placed through this site is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or message, and not before. We may decline an order — for example where a stone cannot be sourced, where an item has been priced in error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Every piece is made to order. Work usually begins 24 hours after your order is placed. See our Return and Refund Policy for cancellation.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Silver and gemstone prices move, and we may change prices at any time — but never on an order we have already accepted.

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, explain, and give you the choice of paying the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Product descriptions

We describe our materials honestly and label every stone as natural, lab-grown or moissanite. Our silver is hallmarked 925 sterling.

Because pieces are handmade, small variations in finish, weight and stone character are normal and are not faults. Screen colour and lighting affect how metal and stones appear in photographs; we photograph honestly, but no photograph is an exact match for the object in daylight.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery within Lahore. For higher-value made-to-order pieces we may ask for a partial advance before beginning work, and we will tell you before we start.

Delivery

We deliver within Lahore only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. Please give accurate contact and delivery details — we cannot deliver a piece to an address that does not exist.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe this has happened.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to Cereline. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission. You keep ownership of anything you send us — a reference image or engraving text, for instance — but you give us permission to use it for the purpose of making your piece.

Liability

We stand behind our work. Manufacturing faults are our responsibility with no time limit, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by Pakistani law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example a delay causing you to miss an occasion — though we will always do what we reasonably can to avoid that happening. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, power or internet failure, civil unrest, natural events, or the unavailability of a particular gemstone. Where such an event causes significant delay, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
