Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, free of charge, with no minimum order.

Everything is made at our bench in Lahore, so Lahore orders arrive fastest.

Lahore: 1–2 days once the piece leaves the workshop
Rest of Pakistan: 2–4 days by courier

We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside Pakistan, message us on WhatsApp at +92 371 4323294 and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange something.

You are welcome to come to us instead of waiting for a courier. Sizing, fitting, collection, cleaning and replating are all done in person at:

Made to order

Nothing on this site sits in a warehouse. Your piece is made after you order it, which is why the wait is longer than a shop that sells stock — and why the fit, the stone and the engraving are yours.

How long it takes

Plain bands and hoops: 7–10 days
Moissanite rings, studs, pendants: 10–14 days
Natural gemstone pieces: 14–21 days — we source the stone first
Tennis bracelets and necklaces: 18–21 days
Engraving: adds 2–3 days, including proof approval

The make time for each piece is on its product page. Add 1–2 days for delivery in Lahore, or 2–4 days elsewhere in Pakistan, once it leaves the workshop.

Cost

Complimentary delivery anywhere in Pakistan on every order, no minimum.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by SMS and email the moment it leaves the workshop. If you would rather be updated on WhatsApp, say so at checkout and we will.

Cash on delivery

Available anywhere in Pakistan. Because every piece is made to your size and cannot be resold as it stands, we take a 10% advance before we start at the bench. The remaining 90% is paid to the courier when your piece arrives.

The advance can be sent by bank transfer, or paid in person at the shop in Bahria Town.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is available at the address, our courier tries again the next working day and will call to arrange a time. After two failed attempts the piece comes back to the workshop and we will contact you to rearrange.

Delays

Natural stones are the usual reason. If we cannot source a stone that meets our standard, we will not substitute a lesser one without telling you — we will call, show you the options, and let you decide or refund you in full.
