FAQs
Questions about a specific piece are always welcome — message us on WhatsApp at +92 371 4323294. The answers below cover everything we make: rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and men's pieces.
Ordering
How long until I get my piece?
Everything is made after you order. Plain bands and hoops take 7–10 days; moissanite rings, studs and pendants 10–14 days; natural gemstone pieces 14–21 days, because we source the stone first; tennis bracelets and necklaces 18–21 days. Engraving adds 2–3 days. The make time for each piece is on its product page, and delivery is 1–2 days on top in Lahore, or 2–4 days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Pakistan, free, with no minimum order. We make everything at our bench in Lahore, so Lahore orders arrive fastest — 1–2 days once the piece leaves the workshop. The rest of Pakistan takes 2–4 days by courier. We do not ship internationally yet; if you are outside Pakistan, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange something.
Do you do cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. Because every piece is made to your size and cannot be resold as it stands, we take a 10% advance before we start at the bench. The remaining 90% is paid to the courier when your piece arrives. The advance can be sent by bank transfer, or paid in person at the shop.
Can I cancel my order?
Free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After that we have usually started at the bench and the materials and labour are committed to your piece. Later cancellations are at our discretion — message us and we will tell you honestly what stage it has reached.
Can I visit you?
Yes. We are at Shop No. 15, Square 99 Mall, Bahria Town, Lahore. Sizing, fitting, collection, cleaning and replating are all done in person there, and it is worth coming if you want to try sizes or see stones in daylight. Message us on WhatsApp before you come so your piece — or the sizing set — is ready for you.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes, a limited number each month. Send us your idea, your timeline and a budget range and we will tell you whether it is possible before you commit to anything.
Silver
Is it real silver?
925 sterling silver, hallmarked — 92.5% pure silver, the rest alloy for strength, because pure silver is too soft for jewellery. The stamp is on every piece and you are welcome to have it tested.
Why has it gone dark?
Tarnish, and it is normal and reversible. Silver reacts with sulphur in the air. Polish it with the cloth in your box, or send it to us — replating is free for life. See our silver care guide.
Will it turn my skin green?
Sterling silver usually does not. When it happens it is a reaction between the alloy and your skin chemistry, often with lotions or medication, and it washes off. Tell us and we will sort it out.
What is rhodium plating?
A thin bright-white layer over the silver that resists tarnish and gives a finish closer to white gold. It wears with years of daily use, which is why we replate free for as long as you own the piece.
Stones
What is moissanite?
Silicon carbide — a genuine gemstone in its own right, not an imitation of diamond. 9.25 on the Mohs scale, so hard enough for daily wear over decades. It refracts light more strongly than diamond, which is why it throws more fire. Ours is D colour, VVS1 clarity, GRA certified.
Will people know it is not a diamond?
Not by looking. A jeweller with a dedicated tester will know immediately. We think that is fine — you are buying a real stone, just a different one, and we will never tell you otherwise.
Does moissanite hold its value?
No, and neither do most diamonds once you have left the shop. Moissanite can be made to order, so there is no scarcity behind a resale price. We say so plainly on our resale value page.
Are your natural stones treated?
Usually, and we say so on the product page. Heat treatment on sapphire and ruby and oil treatment on emerald are standard across the trade. What is not acceptable is not telling you.
Do stones vary between pieces?
Natural stones do — colour, tone and inclusions differ from one to the next, and we match pairs of earrings by hand. Moissanite is consistent. Photographs are honest but no screen renders a stone exactly as daylight does.
Sizing and fit
Rings — I do not know the size.
Have a ring they already wear measured at any jeweller; it is the only method that works every time. Otherwise see our ring size guide, or come to the shop and we will size you in five minutes. Between sizes, size up — one free resize within 30 days covers the guess.
Is resizing free?
Once, within 30 days. Some settings cannot move more than a size or two — eternity bands and tennis pieces especially. We will tell you honestly rather than damage the piece.
Necklaces — what length should I choose?
16 inch sits at the base of the neck, 18 inch just below the collarbone and suits layering. Where a piece is adjustable it is marked on the product page. If you want a length we do not list, ask — we make to order, so it is usually possible.
Bracelets — how do I measure?
Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where the bracelet will sit, mark the overlap and measure it. Add about 1.5 cm for a comfortable fit on a chain, less on a tennis bracelet, which is meant to sit closer.
Earrings — what backs do you use?
Screw-backs on studs so they sit flat and stay put, hinged closures on hoops, and hooks or posts on drops as specified on the piece. If you need a different fitting for comfort or for a healed piercing, tell us before we start.
Engraving
What can you engrave?
Names, initials, dates, short phrases in English or Urdu, and handwriting or a fingerprint from a photograph. Rings take it inside the band, signets on the face, and many pendants and bracelets on the back or the clasp plate.
Does it cost extra?
Complimentary on most pieces. It adds 2–3 days, including proof approval.
Can I return an engraved piece?
Exchange or resize yes, refund no. We send a proof before we cut, so nothing is engraved without your approval.
Returns
How long do I have?
5 days from delivery for a refund, on an unworn piece in its original box with the hallmark tag intact. 30 days for an exchange. See returns and refunds for the full terms.
What cannot be returned?
Engraved pieces, custom commissions, earrings once worn for hygiene reasons, and anything damaged by accident, alteration or wear. These are still eligible for exchange, resizing and the warranty below.
After you buy
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing faults, for life, on every piece we make — a prong that fails, a clasp that gives, a solder joint that opens. Accidental damage is repaired at cost. Replating is free for as long as you own the piece.
How should I store and clean it?
Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off to swim, sleep and train. Store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other. Clean with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly — water left behind a stone is what causes staining.
Do you really buy pieces back?
Yes, any piece we made, at any time. The offer depends on metal weight, stone and condition, and it will be less than you paid. We will explain exactly how we arrived at the number and you are free to walk away.
